    1. I ordered this product with four (4) in stock.

    2. My payment was received, processed and acknowledged.

    3. I was provided an accurate shipment tracking number by vendor 47th Street Photo.

    4. Carrier (UPS) recorded shipment and it appeared in carrier’s online tracker as being on its way.

    5. I received a refund from vendor, reason stated: item out of stock; shipment was cancelled.

    6. All this time item was being shown as three (3) remaining in stock.

    7. I bought a competing product on eBay and I am very happy with it.

    8. Buyers please be aware.

    I bought the large photo box but received the small unit, I have tried to send it back but have not had a reply. This could be due to the fact that Amazon.com billed the city I work for instead of my personnal account,even though my personnal account shows up on all the paperwork.

    I don’t think this is ever going to be fixed and I’m out about $60.

    Amazon – you’ve managed to lose two accounts on this one. You need a highly visible real person to speak with when all else fails. I’m tired of going around in cyber world! It is much easier to go to the store and get it done.

    I am pleased with the actual product. But, was charged almost 2x shipping costs than what was listed on web site. When I emailed and asked why, I’ve been ignored ever since.

    Will shop with Amazon, but not with Adorama.
